HISTORY
Comfort Reliance Eng. Ltd. was established in 1982 and specialized in air-conditioning and refrigeration applications. In addition, the company was trading electro-mechanical equipment. The high quality of work and service provided to customers made the company thrives and soon expanded in other engineering fields and niche areas.
The company was one of the first to realize the market potential in Building and Environmental Management Systems, Fire Alarms and Security Systems. As a result of this growth and diversification, which was most noticeable in the end of 1980's and early 1990's, the company adopted a divisional structure. Further expansion of the business activities during the middle of 1990's in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, and in order to improve the efficiencies, two new companies were set up and the new organization became the Reliance Group of companies. The RES Reliance Engineering Services Ltd. was set up to trade engineering products and the M & A Reliance Automation Ltd. to sell and install industrial and home automation systems.
In the year 2000 the Reliance Group established another company, the Reliance Information Services Ltd., with the objective to provide total turnkey solutions in the field of Information Technology. With this structure the Reliance Group is well placed as total solutions provider in the Cyprus marketplace, aiming to offer total system integration services and engineering solutions to its customers.
On 2002 Dragon ATS became part of the Group.
We are on continuous and steady growth. We are on a process of further expansion in the near future on UAE, Greece and U.K.

ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION
Our values dictate that there can be no substitute for quality. It is one of the most important parameters for customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations. We had no other incentive to proceed and formalize our quality control processes under the framework of the ISO standard.
Since September 2002 our company hold and maintain ISO 9001:2000.
