Comfort Reliance Eng. Ltd. was established in Nicosia and specialized in air-conditioning and refrigeration applications. In addition the company was trading electro-mechanical equipment.
The Reliance Group was formed as a parental company for the Comfort Reliance Eng. Ltd., M&A Reliance Automation Ltd., and RES Reliance Engineering Services Ltd. The RES Reliance Engineering Services Ltd. was set up to trade engineering products and the M & A Reliance Automation Ltd. to sell and install industrial and home automation systems.
The Reliance Group established another company, the Reliance Information Services Ltd., with the objective to provide total turnkey solutions in the field of Information Technology.
